Having love for each other is one thing, being in love with each other disrupts the power balance in my opinion.

I don't think being inlove is that easy in the scene. You have to spend too much time and have a great relationship to even trust someone, tougher than 'real life' relationships. But if that happens there must be a really strong feelings or connection between sub and dom and somehow they'll find a way not to mess everything up. As a dom I am always open to a warm, sincere and genuine relationship with subs and it makes it more meaningful to have something like that to keep me in the scene.I don't think being inlove is that easy in the scene.
